Dear Mariners Community,
Welcome, new and returning Marlins! My family and I have been proud members of this community for the past 6 years and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with this amazing board and school faculty! My goal is to leverage the momentum we’ve built to take Mariners to the next level with engaging and educational programs as well as exciting family events.. we are so thrilled for you to join us this year!
Mariners PTA is committed to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we are dedicated to working with parents, teachers, and administrators to make that happen.
The mission of Mariners Elementary PTA, established April 19, 1988, is to positively impact the lives of all children and families. We will:
- Engage families and the community in the education of our children. We believe that when families and the community are involved in a school, it creates a stronger learning environment for all students. We will do this by providing opportunities for families to volunteer, donate, and participate in school activities.
- Advocate for the needs of our students. We will work with the school administration to ensure that our students have the resources they need to succeed. This includes advocating for high-quality instruction, safe and healthy facilities, and equitable access to opportunities.
- Support the teachers and staff at our school. We believe that our teachers and staff are the key to our students’ success. We will support them by providing resources and recognition.
We believe that by working together, all students will reach their full potential.
